Terms of Service

By accessing or using JUA Sign & Print services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JUA Sign & Print services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Custom sign manufacturing, printing, delivery, installation, removal, and related services.

3. Electronic Acceptance

Checkbox acceptance, electronic signatures, email approvals, and online submissions are legally binding.

4. Orders and Production

All orders are subject to acceptance. Production may begin immediately after approval and payment.

5. Custom Manufacturing Acknowledgment

All products are manufactured specifically for the customer and may not be resold.

6. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs. Approved content becomes the customer's responsibility.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Full payment is due before production unless otherwise agreed.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact JUA Sign & Print before initiating a dispute. The Company may provide records, proofs, photographs, emails, SMS records, invoices, approvals, and delivery records to contest invalid disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant ownership or authorization to use submitted logos, trademarks, images, and artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

11. Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend and indemnify JUA Sign & Print against claims arising from submitted content or unauthorized installation requests.

12. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, government actions, or events beyond reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Texas law.

14. Venue

Exclusive venue shall be Harris County, Texas.

15. Arbitration

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
