These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JuaSignPrint platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing JuaSignPrint, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with all applicable laws.
2. Description of Service
JuaSignPrint is a B2B platform that manages real estate sign installation, removal, and maintenance services. It connects property agents, field workers, administrators, and vendors.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or role, submit false orders or proof-of-work data, attempt to access data belonging to other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to pricing as shown at the time of submission. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support within 48 hours of order completion for disputes.
6. Field Worker Obligations
Field workers must accurately report job status, upload genuine proof-of-work photos, and adhere to scheduled dates. Fraudulent submissions may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and code are owned by JuaSignPrint Field Services. You retain ownership of data you upload (e.g., photos), but grant us a license to store and display it within the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JuaSignPrint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Termination does not affect obligations arising before the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where JuaSignPrint is registered, unless local law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
