Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your realtysignist account and the personal data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access.

Delete your account from the app

1. Open the realtysignist app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile / Settings screen.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account and associated data are removed immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Data that is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone, role).
• Orders you created and their payment and transaction records.
• Dispatch and field-job records linked to you.
• In-app messages and notifications.
• Saved location data and push-notification tokens.
• Vendor payout records and team invitations you created.

Data that may be retained

• Physical inventory assets (signs, lockboxes) stay in the system but are unlinked from your account.
• Records that other users’ orders depend on are detached rather than deleted.
• Limited financial and transaction records we are legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.
